Your first appointment will be an initial consultation and discussion. This is a dedicated space to talk through your individual circumstances, your experiences so far, and what support you are looking for.
Together, we will explore:
From this, I will help you identify appropriate next steps, which may include education, supportive guidance, lifestyle considerations, or signposting to relevant healthcare professionals. This is a collaborative and supportive conversation, rather than a clinical assessment or treatment plan.
Following your consultation, you will receive a summary email reflecting what we discussed during your appointment.
This may include:
Navigating fertility and reproductive health can be emotionally demanding. I aim to provide a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space, where you feel heard, supported and informed.
My role is to help reduce overwhelm, provide clear explanations, and support you in feeling more confident as you move forward, always alongside appropriate GP or specialist care.

Preconception and fertility support looks different for everyone. These programmes are therefore flexible and person-centred, designed to work around your timeframes, budget and availability, rather than following a rigid formula.
While many clients choose a programme of approximately 12 weeks, as this mimics sperm and follicular fluid (fluid around egg cells) rejuvenation, this is not a requirement. Support can be adapted to suit your individual circumstances, whether you are looking for short-term guidance, ongoing support over a longer period, or help at a specific point in your journey.
They are designed to support clients by:
The overall aim is to help clients feel clearer, more empowered and better prepared, whether trying to conceive naturally or prior to assisted conception.
These programmes are educational and supportive in nature. Fertility Refresh does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide fertility treatment.

Male fertility is an essential part of reproductive health and is often under-represented in fertility care. This programme provides education and supportive guidance focused on male reproductive health and wellbeing.
Support may include:
This programme does not claim to improve sperm parameters or fertility outcomes, but instead supports informed decision-making and health awareness alongside medical care.

Fertility Refresh offers wellbeing-focused support for individuals seeking reassurance, education and guidance during the postnatal period or at other stages of reproductive life.
These programmes are typically shorter and flexible, and may include:
Where appropriate, and within my scope as a registered nurse, I may also provide or support access to regulated nursing services, which are offered separately and in line with professional standards.
These may include:
This service is designed to complement, not replace, GP or specialist care, and clients are always encouraged to remain under appropriate medical follow-up.
